God created each of us for partnership, fellowship, and community with one another. So, if you are hearing things like;
“No one understands.”
“You’re better off by yourself.”
“You don’t need anyone.”
“You can do this on your own”
“If you tell anyone that you are struggling, you will lose everyone”;
You might want to ask yourself who you have been listening to. The enemy is like a roaring lion seeking to steal, kill, and destroy. He is all about divide and conquer and seperating the weak from the strong.
God says, “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Like-wise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back to back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple braided cord is not easily broken.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)
God loves you, regardless of what you are dealing with. He has not left you. He has not forgotten about you and he is actively providing blessings for you to receive.
Sometimes we all have to reassess who and what we’ve been listening to: the lies of the enemy or the truth of God and realize that one brings death while the other brings life.
Withdrawing and secluding yourself is not the answer. We need each other. God intended it that way. We were created for community. We were created to help and support one another. It’s true!!!
Even the Lone Ranger needed Tonto!
If you are struggling, I encourage you to reach out to someone for help. God loves you way too much to let you handle this on your own.
